My Business Idea

As any MBA passed out from B -school will think about starting a new business of his/her Own. Similarly thoughts came in my mind also, Having many ideas but sharing one of them which i feel it will change entire Service Industry (Hotel)

Generally Hotel Industry depends up on the service delivered to their customers and how effectively they delighted the customer.

So it become common that every Hotel should provide great service(Quality) than other competitors to survive in service Industry. If we talk about 5 star or above 5 star, there is no doubt of providing Excellent service or not, Obviously they are .. and more over surrounding factors makes customer to come back again and again. These are the two things mainly management will take care.

Many of the hotels follow their own strategies when occasions occurs like Valentines day or Independence day or some Festivals but I guess there is no such hotels which offers continuously according to the THEME which customer required. Got it.

Here is our Idea which re-shapes the old Philosophy of providing only Great service and good Environmental Factors, "We provide Great Service and Superior Interior Designs + ADDING A SMALL THEME " according to the customer requirements like on Occasions or Birthdays or Wedding anniversaries or Couples or Moon Light Dinner or Candle light or to customize the theme according to their Innovative ideas, basically we are in to Hotel Industry but our USP is offering them with a THEME that makes us difference among competitors. I guess

There is no question of sticking to few segments to target because we have different themes for different categories as per the Age, Location and THEMES, we never know when a customer comes with an IDEA or theme so we always be ready with expected stationaries required to create a  particular THEME which customer asks.

If they are not coming up with new ideas then our creative team will work to place ideas in customer minds by using different marketing tools like advertising, Visual and Social Media.

How they will place order ? where they will share their own idea ? where they will book the THEMES offered by the company ? many things are there to drawn my own business idea blueprint.
