Actually the title itself describes every thing, Yes the present senerio of working environment in corporates forceablly changing people to turn their professional contacts into personal relationships. It's not the mistake of the people who changed thier professional contacts in to relationships. It is all about the Environment Providing by the MNC's. If you ask me directly, who is the main culprit of spoiling relationships of the employees who are having a longer period of relationship with someone other than in Office, I will directly blame these corporates and the culture they are encouraging.
Yes, Employees should understand and be in limits of their own Individuality. Companies or MNC's they encourage a lot and invest much more in these Inductions programes, but it is not for to building personal relationships and hangout all the time
with some one you met in first day of your job. For god sake don't change your Professional Contacts in to personal relationships. Try to give some value for the working atmosphere of where you are working.

Some of the major things need to bring notice to all of you is, The Programes in MNC's will be such a way to develop a team spirit and to make you understand how a team work can produce a better result than a result by Indiviudal work alcholic. SAME TIME : It's a kind of facebook, Where MNC's Encourage to bring entire work force under one roof to interact or to create bonding between different employees. But what is happening .. here ? Indirectly they are not allow to talk with friends we are having (by blocking all the sites). But they do encourage to build new relationships with the help of a platform called SAME TIME. bullshit..!!
Okey, More over this sameTIME, what is this Outings ? Team outings !! Weekend Partys !! Birthday Partys !! We all know that - it is very hard to spend time with our friends, once we entered in to this JOB life. but strategically - MNC's providing employees an option of DATING by encouraging this TEAM outings. Like this there are many such programs in Corporates to encourage in developing a new relationships with in the company. (Employees should realize that these all programs are for retention strategies)
Situations are one of the important, which makes people to keep in touch with the person who can help you all the time. Here there is no option, you have to convert in to any kind of relationship (Friend, brother, Sister) then only you will get what you want.
Most important thing is Harrassments from senior levels. I still don't know what is wrong with these so called seniors in MNC's. How a middle class girl can handle these Harrassments ?? Situations won't allow them to share with anyone or to give complaint to senoirs. you know why .. because it will affect in Performance ratings. These are the kind of culture in MNC's, where there is no window to escape or to get help from their colleagues also.
Today i am writing this post to urge all employees who are working in different corporates, to Maintain Professional Contacts as Professional contacts but not to change them in to Personal Relationships. And more over don't neglect your relationships of what your having previously before you get in to the JOB.
Truefriends are not meant for options - If not him/her then somebody else will occupy the place.
You may get diamonds in the way of your journey, but it doesn't meant that you should leave a pearl when ever you get a diamond. It is all about how you decorate or carry those pearls and diamonds till the end of your journey.
